"ELEKTROPARAGOGI SOUSSAKI S.A." obtains electric power supply licence

CYCLON HELLAS S.A. hereby announces that "ELEKTROPARAGOGI SOUSSAKI S.A.", in which it participates by 30%, obtained on Monday, April 11th, 2011, a license from the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change for the supply of electric power.

 

MOTOR OIL HELLAS S.A. and the subsidiary AVIN OIL also participate in the share capital of €110.000, by 40% and 30% respectively.


The above license, according to the provisions of the Law 2773/1999 as in force, grants to “ELEKTROPARAGOGI SOUSSAKI S.A.” the right to supply certain clients with electric energy, with a maximum demand that shall not exceed 300MW.

 

The license has a 20 year term.
