20 million euros ordinary bond loan

It is announced by the company that a relative contract for the issue of €20.000.000 ordinary bond loan is signed, It is according the Law 3156/2003 and the administrator is the National Bank of Greece.

 

The duration of the loan is 3 years and the aim is the refinancing of the existing short term lend of the company. The contract of the loan was decided by the General Assembly of shareholders on June 11th 2010.
