Dimitrios Kontaxis, Vice-president and Managing Director

Graduate of the University of Massachusetts School of Economics. He has worked for the company since 1998.

 

Nikolaos Rebakos, Refinery Director

Graduate of the University of Thessaloniki, Chemistry Department. He worked at KERAMOURGIA RADAR S.A. from 1983 to 1988. He has worked for the company since 1989.

 

Konstantinos Sarafoglou, Director of Investor Relations, Development and Control

Graduate of the University of Piraeus. From 1976 to 1999, he worked at various companies, including TOT HELLAS S.A. and the Greek Airline Fueling S.A. Company. He has worked with the company since 1999.

 

Achilleas Sklivaniotis, Financial Director

Graduate Computer Engineer with a Master’s degree from the University of Bath in England and an MBA from the University of Athens. He worked as a Project Manager / Systems Manager at Nuclear Electric in England for 3 years and Tasty Foods as Financial Analyst from 1996-1998. From 1998 to 2001 he worked at Shell’s Hellas Commerce Department as Budget & Operation Manager. In 2001 took the position of Chief Financial / its retail network in Greece and in 2004 he became CFO of the Shell Mediterranean (Greece, Italy, Turkey, Gibraltar). In 2008 he was appointed as Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of Shell company in Oman (Shell Oman Marketing Co).In 2010 he returned to Greece and became Treasurer & MI Manager for Shell Hellas (CORAL) following the acquisition of Shell Hellas Group of the MOH.

 

Nikolaos Markopoulos, Commercial Director

Graduate of Chemistry of the Athens University. He has worked for the company since 1990.

 

Neofytos Nikoletopoulos, Director of Sales for Northern Greece

Graduate of Chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He worked for the COCA COLA (3E) company from 1992 to 2004, when he was hired by Cyclon Hellas S.A.

Panagiotis Papadopoulos, Ηead of Marketing

Chemistry graduate (B.Sc.) of Concordia University, Montreal. He holds an MBA in Applied Management from McGill University, Montreal. He has worked for Texaco and TOT HELLAS. He has worked for the company since 1999.

 

Dimitrios Papakostas, Head of Internal Control

Graduate of Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds a master's (M.Sc.) from the Athens University of Economics and Business in Applied Economics and Finance with an emphasis in Strategic Decisions for Executives.

 

Athanasios Kourkounas, Head of Accounting

Graduate of Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds an MBA from Aston Business School in Birmingham. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He worked for the auditing department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers for a number of years.
