Founding of "MACEDONIA PLASTICS S.A.", with the aim of creating and operating factories for the processing, production and trade of PVC and PE pipes and fittings, based in the Thessaloniki Industrial Area. |
| 1980 | Founding of "EKVE LUBRICANT AND OIL MANUFACTURING AND TRADE S.A." by Vardis I. Vardinogiannis and Theodoros I. Vardinogiannis. |

Start of operations at the company refinery, which includes a facility to re-refine used oil products, as well as support services and warehouse facilities at Aspropyrgos, Attica. The refinery was established according to state-of-the-art construction standards, with the expertise of KTI Netherlands, the Institut Francais du Petrol (IFR) and the guidance of the Italian TECHNIPETROL company. |
| 1984 | Company name is changed to "VAROIL LUBRICANT AND OIL MANUFACTURING AND TRADE S.A." |
| 1986 | VAROIL lubricant blending facility begins operation. The company thus acquires the ability to produce end-product lubricants. At the same time, its activities in paraffin trade are expanded. |
| 1987 | VAROIL name is changed to "LUBRICANT AND PETROLEUM ANONYMOUS PROCESSING INDUSTRIAL COMPANY-LPC HELLAS," which remains its name to this day. |
| 1988 | Introduction of lubricants produced by LPC HELLAS under the brand name "CYCLON". |
| A national LPC HELLAS sales network is established. | |
| 1991 | LPC HELLAS launches export activities. |
| 1993 | Completion of new LPC HELLAS facility to produce high-viscosity lubricants (bright stocks). Thus, the company becomes the only one in Greece to produce this particular oil distillate. |
| ISO 9002 certification received from BUREAU VERITAS QUALITY INTERNATIONAL. | |
| 1994 | Rebuilding of LPC HELLAS production facility to increase capacity from 25,000 tonnes/year to 40,000 tonnes/year. |
| 1999 | Launch of LPC HELLAS activities in fuel sales and the creation of a network of petrol stations under the CYCLON brand which continues to expand. |
| 2001 | Entry of the "MACEDONIA PLASTICS S.A." company into the Athens Stock Exchange. |
| Increase of the company's share capital by absorbing the "LUBRICANT AND PETROLEUM ANONYMOUS PROCESSING INDUSTRIAL COMPANY-LPC HELLAS S.A." and change of name to "LPC HELLAS-MACEDONIA PLASTICS S.A. Anonymous Plastics Manufacturing and Lubricant and Petroleum Processing Company". | |
