CYCLON HELLAS S.A. hereby announces that "ELEKTROPARAGOGI SOUSSAKI S.A.", in which it participates by 30%, obtained on Monday, April 11^th, 2011, a license from the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change for the supply of electric power.

The fiscal year of 2010 closed for CYCLON HELLAS S.A with a turnover of € 476,2mil. in company’s level, and € 479,6 mil.in consolidated level.

More specifically and according to the published financial results, in the level of company the sales presented increase at 30% concerning 2009, mainly because the increase of taxes in fuels and the comparatively international higher oil prices.

The total performance of the company is judged satisfactory, given the existing negative economic situation and the difficult conditions of the domestic market.

The Company CYCLON HELLAS S.A announces the joint foundation of a Libyan company under the name “DERAA AL AFRIQUE ENVIRONMENTAL S.A” with the Libyan company Deraa Al Afrique.
